Q: What types of youth programs do you offer St. Louis Schools? A: We provide comprehensive youth programming including STEM-based programs (drone racing, domino engineering, trading card games), sports camps (basketball, flag football, FUNdamentals sports sampler), full-service day camps, enrichment clubs, and before & after school care. All programs are turnkey solutions that work perfectly for school partnerships.
Q: Do you provide full-service day camp programs? A: Absolutely! Our full-service day camps include Playground Champions and Extreme Sports & Games camps. We can also combine many of our specialty half-day camps to offer a wide variety of programming options while giving parents full-day coverage.
Q: What facilities do you need for your programs? A: We need basic indoor/outdoor space with bathrooms, water fountains, and emergency shelter access. We're flexible and can adapt programs to gymnasiums, multipurpose rooms, fields, or park pavilions. The best way to see if we're a good fit for each other is to set up a free assessment.
Q: How do you handle registration for School programs? A: We provide complete registration management including online registration systems, automated parent reminders, payment processing, and customer service. Your school district staff doesn't have handle any registration logistics. Alternatively, if you already have a great setup, we can let you handle registrations and cut us a check via invoice at the conclusion of each individual program we run.
Q: What safety protocols do you have for youth programs? A: Safety is our #1 priority. We aim to maintain a 1:14 staff-to-participant ratio and will not exceed Missouri's 1:16 recommendation. We conduct thorough facility safety assessments, provide emergency response training, and have comprehensive insurance coverage. All equipment is regularly inspected and age appropriate.
Q: What does "no overhead costs" mean for private schools? A: You pay nothing upfront. We provide all staff, equipment, curriculum, insurance, and management at no cost to your park district. Revenue sharing is optional and only applies after successful program launch.
Q: How quickly can we start running youth programs at our school? A: Our standard onboarding process takes just a meeting and site review, then we like to factor in a 60-day minimum marketing window before your official first program launch. However, we have flexibility to make things happen quicker if need be (based on staff availability.)
Q: What ages do your St. Louis youth programs serve? A: Our programs serve ages 5-12 with age-appropriate groupings (maximum 3-year age difference). We offer specialized programming and staff training for different developmental stages from early elementary through middle school.
